If you are unable to power down your FiLIP using the FiLIP app, then you can power it down using the red and black button on your FiLIP. Press and hold both buttons firmly for 30 seconds until you see the screen with the “Shutdown” option. Press the black button to select “Shutdown” and then follow the prompts to confirm that you would like to shutdown.
**DO NOT SELECT “Factory Reset” otherwise you will wipe out all of the data on your FiLIP and will need to reactivate your FiLIP.**
