If you are certain that you are using the correct email login and password, but you are still not able to log in, you may have accidentally set up two FiLIP accounts. A FiLIP account can be set up from the FiLIP app as well as through our web store (myfilip.com/shop). If you created a FiLIP account through our web store at any point and you did not use the same email as the email you used to set up your FiLIP app, then you have inadvertently set up two accounts in our system. In that case, try to log into your FiLIP app using the email login and password that you used to sign into our web store.
